About Me
My name is Emily Richards and I am a third year Graphic Design student at Coventry
University. I will be graduating this summer, and I'm expected a 2:1. I love print based
design, and I'm especially interested in magazine and book design, layout and
typography.
I am confident with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I am fairly competent with
Dreamweaver, and I can make simple websites (see my portfolio for details).
I have completed a work experience placement at Blue Door Media, and also a three
month internship at John Brown Media, where I learnt a lot about the publishing industry,
experienced my first photo shoot, and was lucky enough to design spreads in magazines
for companies such as Homebase, Argos, Waitrose and Sappi.
